Carquisition collects contact details from private sellers who have told us they want to sell their car, and passes those details to the dealer whose buying profile the vehicle matches. We only collect what is needed to qualify a vehicle and reach the seller: name, phone number or email, vehicle details, and the consent they give us to be contacted.
Every lead carries an explicit opt-in and the full conversation between the seller and our qualification team, handled to TCPA and CASL standards in the US and Canada. We do not sell the same lead to competing dealers. Each profile is assigned to one dealer for the market it covers.
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete the information we hold about you or a seller, by writing to hello@carquisition.com. We will act on the request inside one business day.
